Strategy is where ideas take shape. This is where we stop dreaming and start acting. What needs to be done to arrive at a useful and desirable solution? What is the role of each member of the team fighting for this cause?

Reverse thinking

Instead of starting with the ideal solution, we start by identifying everything that could go wrong. All the obstacles. All the reasons why this could fail.
This approach (negative at first glance) is actually an indispensable tool for anticipating challenges, creating solid plans, and avoiding mistakes from the outset. As Charlie Munger said: "Avoiding stupidity is easier than seeking brilliance."

Finally, there is the cause or mission.
