In 2010, Gonçalo founded Jelly - Digital Agency, which became one of the leading digital agencies in Portugal. In 2018, he founded Scallent - Human Talent, which specializes in identifying and developing talent for the agency sector.
More recently, in 2024, he co-founded the Stronddo art gallery and then founded Strivesync, a company dedicated to creating and managing brands in multiple sectors - from online fashion, with Bushicode, to innovative projects such as The Change Framework itself, launched in 2025.
